Mug Cupcake (cornmeal)

Sweet cakes and pies

It’s a mug cake but I didn’t make it in a mug, I made it in small crockery pots, because I think it’s easier to unmold, but if you want to make it in a mug, give it a try!

Ingredients:
1 ovo
3 tablespoons of oil
4 level tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
2 level tablespoons of cornmeal
4 level tablespoons of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Roof: Jam of your choice Beat the egg with a fork. Add the oil, sugar, milk and cornmeal and mix. Add the wheat flour and yeast and mix well. Grease and flour a mug with a capacity of 300 ml, if it is smaller, use half the dough and make 2 dumplings (that’s what I did). Cook for three minutes in the microwave at full power. Topping: Use your favorite jam (I used raspberry). Spread over the cake.
