Milharina, for those who don’t know, are pre-cooked corn flakes and therefore make the cake more moist, they are sold in all supermarkets. This cake, for example, manages to be fluffy and creamy at the same time. Delicious and super easy to make because it uses a blender (or mixer)! So write it down:
Ingredients:
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 10 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 can of corn without water
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 2 glasses of milk
- 50g grated coconut
*** The measuring cup is 200ml.
Beat all ingredients. Don’t be surprised, it will be a liquid dough. Bake in a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour in a preheated medium oven for about 1 hour. Wait for it to cool down before unmolding and hurry up for a coffee!
