8-quart clay pot
Cook time: Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins + suggestion in the video
This recipe serves 100+ if serving 1/2 cup rice per person
this recipe is freezable (just make sure rice is cooled before storing)
🇲🇽Mexican rice Ingredients🇲🇽
12 cups Basmati rice ( 5 pounds/ 2.27kg)
20 cups water + 1 cup water to blend tomato
1 cup oil (olive oil)
1 cup Natural Knorr tomato chicken bouillion
15 ripe vine tomatoes or 17 Roma tomatoes
9 medium onions
20 garlic cloves ( 2 whole garlics)
2 Anaheim peppers (remove stem and seeds)
2 Tbsp white vinegar

What if I don’t have a clay pot ? What kind of pot can I use?
Where and how do you store all of your clay ware? I just bought a bunch and have no idea where to put it all in my kitchen along with all of my other cazuelas & ollas 🙃 I have a lot & they are big

Can you make this in a roaster oven?
So, I'm a great cook (I've been told). I feel pretty good at it. Although, I've only ever cooked for maybe 10 people max at a one time. My brother told me I'm making beans and rice for our nieces graduation party. He invited our entire family and we're up to 80 people so far. Wish me luck.😂😂😂 Tytyty for the vid! ❤✌️
