Way of doing

Then, just fill the tortillas. To finish, add the mozzarella cheese and spicy meat.

When serving, add the lettuce in strips, chopped tomatoes and corn. Finish with guacamole and cream.

  • 6 wheat tortillas;
  • 300g grated mozzarella cheese;
  • 600g of spicy meat;
  • 400g of beans;
  • 1 onion in strips;
  • 1 pepper in strips;
  • American lettuce in strips;
  • 300g of guacamole;
  • 100g of cream;
  • 2 chopped tomatoes;
  • 1 can of green corn;
  • oregano to taste;
  • Salt to taste.

Way of doing

But, going back to preparing the meat, you will need a large frying pan. In it you must sauté the onion and pepper with a little salt and oregano. Then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Then, in the same already heated frying pan, it is time to heat the wheat tortilla until it is soft.

The next step is to fill the tortillas with mozzarella cheese, spicy meat, beans, sautéed peppers, chopped tomatoes, lettuce strips, green corn, guacamole and cream. To serve, fold the ends and close with a toothpick.

  • 10 corn tortillas;
  • 200g grated mozzarella cheese;
  • 150g spicy meat;
  • 150g beans1 chopped tomato;
  • 1 pot of creamy cheddar cheese;
  • 200g of guacamole;
  • Olives;
  • Frying oil.

Way of doing

First, to make the nachos, cut the corn tortillas into a triangle shape. Then, in a medium pan, heat the oil and fry these little pieces of dough. When it starts to brown, it’s time to take them out of the frying pan and let them drain on paper towel until they are dry.

Then, in a bowl, mix the spicy meat with the beans. This will form the chili. Then, just spread the nachos on a plate and cover them with the chili.

To serve, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, tomato cubes and creamy cheddar cheese. If you want, you can even sprinkle olives and add guacamole.

  • 500g of red beans;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 2 chopped tomatoes;
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin;
  • 1 tablespoon of spicy paprika;
  • 1 tablespoon of oil;
  • Chili pepper to taste;
  • Salt to taste.

Way of doing

First of all, cook the beans in the pressure cooker. After about 30 minutes under pressure, the grain should be al dente. That is the correct point.

Then, in a medium pan, sauté the onion and garlic with the oil. Then add the chopped tomato. Then just season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked beans to the stew.

Cumin and paprika only appear at the end. Finally, just let it cook for another 5 minutes.

To make it, you just need to mix all the ingredients until you form a homogeneous cream. So, just be careful to keep the cream in the fridge until ready to serve.

  • Pulp of 2 avocados;
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped into small pieces without seeds;
  • 1 medium onion, sliced;
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
  • Pepper sauce;

Way of doing

First, mix the mashed avocado with the tomato in a bowl. Then add the lemon juice and onion. Then, just season with salt, pepper sauce and coriander to taste.

  • 800g coarse ground beef;
  • 4 tablespoons of water;
  • 1 teaspoon of oil;
  • 1 medium onion chopped;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 chopped tomatoes, skinless and seedless;

  • Coriander and green seasoning to taste;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Way of doing

Firstly, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. After that, add the rest of the ingredients. That is, the meat, tomatoes, water, cumin, salt, pepper, coriander and green seasoning.

So, you must cook everything on low heat. Remember to stir the stew from time to time, until the meat is golden. The sauce, on the other hand, should be thick.
