Led by chefs Janaína and Jefferson Rueda, The House of the Pig, voted the 4th best restaurant in Latin America by 50Best, created a special tasting menu for vegetarians. Dubbed “Of the ground we go out and back to it”, the tasting begins with watermelon, melon, sweet potato and cured pitaya, which reach the table along with the crunches of cassava with roasted coconut and polenta with patê de lentilha. The sandwiches are stuffed with, for example: beetroot, cashew with crispy onion and cauliflower sausage. In addition, the tartar is of chuchu and radish, and the barbecue, of cassava with smoked glace. Onion soup is served with mushrooms, and a smoked tofu is accompanied by what came from the garden as the main course.

At Aizomê Japan House, one of the most popular requests is Setto Vegetariano – a meal designed to encompass balanced elements, necessary for a good diet.
