Marinade Recipe For A Delicious Family Dinner With Raclette

You Tube

In today’s vlog, we are making a simple marinade for lamb. This recipe can be used for goat or beef as well. We find it very versatile and yummy for many different meals, and perfect for the grill or BBQ. Today we are having racklette, so we are slicing our meat into fast fry strips to marinade.

Here is the recipe we used:

1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried mint
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

  1. Oh my gosh, that was an awesome video flashback of making the marinade.
This looks like such a fun meal to cook and eat.
That adult beverage would be beautiful and so tasty!
    Take care,

  2. As a Swiss I can confirm raclette is Swiss😅Traditionally you would use raclette cheese which tastes a bit like white cheddar. And have baby steamed potatoes on the side. Plus all the fixings you want like you did! I love that you have a raclette oven!! So awesome to see that🙋‍♀️

  3. That looks so good! I've never seen that before. I'll have to look into getting one. And I'm definitely going to use the marinade recipe.

  4. One of the reasons I love watching your channel is to learn. Never heard of raclette before and it looks like fun! Thanks for sharing!
