Maria Mole Pudding with Passion Fruit Syrup

I already gave this recipe here, but without the syrup, just covered with grated coconut. This time the sourness of the passion fruit with the smoothness of this pudding was incredible.

How easy: blend 1 cup of very hot milk with 1 box of soft water powder in a blender. Beat well, for about 3 minutes. Add 1 can of condensed milk and 1 small box of cream. Beat a little more, place in an oiled pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

You can use whatever topping you want, I took a passion fruit jelly with mint and put it in a bain-marie to soften it and spread it on top. It was a scandal!!!!

* If you don’t have a hole in the middle, you can make it in a refractory and spread the topping on top, or in individual portions served in bowls, cups or pots.
