Maria-mole pudding with caramel

This pudding is very easy to make, mainly because it doesn’t go in the oven, I think it’s practical. I’ve made many variations of this recipe (with different syrups) and it always turns out delicious. Look how soft:

Caramelize a mold with 1 cup of sugar (I place the mold with the sugar directly on the stove over low heat, stirring occasionally until it melts and turns into caramel). Spread the caramel well throughout the pan and set aside.

Now blend in the blender for 5 minutes:

– 150 ml of boiled milk (it has to be very hot) with the contents of 1 package of maria-mole powder. After this period, add:

– 100 ml of cold milk;

– 1 can of condensed milk;

– 1 can of cream with whey;

Beat well and place in the caramelized mold. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until it feels firm enough to unmold. Here at home “the husband sucks” with this pudding!


P.S.: There is no photo of it cut because I made it to take to a “festchenha“, but he looks good!
