Maria-Mole Pudding

Lazy dessert, the kind where you just hit the “liquid” and ready! If you like Maria-mole you’ll like it because I think it’s nothing more than an improved version of it with a little more flavor and a tastier texture, kind of like flan, you know? You prepare quickly!

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 cup of milk
½ package of grated coconut
1 packet of maria-mole powder

Boil milk (1 cup). Dissolve the maria-mole in the milk. Place in a blender and blend for 5 minutes (it is important to blend). Add the condensed milk and cream and beat again just to mix. Outside the blender, mix 4 tablespoons of grated coconut and refrigerate. After hardening, sprinkle grated coconut.

I made individual portions, but it can be made in the form of a pudding with caramel sauce, wine, chocolate or fruit syrup. Easy and delicious.
