Check it out, this charming dish is an idea for you to reuse that leftover pot meat.

You make the puree by cooking 3 mandioquinhas (baroa potatoes) and two unpeeled potatoes in boiling water. Then you mash or pass it through the juicer, add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of parmesan, salt as much as you think necessary and return to low heat to give the consistency (something 30 seconds).

You shred the pot meat and put it on top with that good sauce that tastes like homemade food and that’s it! Be successful, go for me!
