We start the week with something new: open for 15 years in South Beacho Loews one of the largest hotels in South Beach is a partner in our digital guide. With 65,000 square meters, the hotel offers seven restaurants and almost 800 rooms.
In art deco style, its tower is seen from afar, due to its height and its location is excellent, facing the beach and next to Lincoln Rda street closed to cars and full of shops and restaurants.
I was there recently and, among so many restaurants, I was invited for lunch at Preston’swhich offers light meals on the menu, such as sandwiches, salads, etc.
The current novelty in Loewson the other hand, is the Lure Fishbara taste of the Big Apple in the tropical setting of South Beach. Providing a unique experience, it combines the abundance of a formal dinner with the entertainment of the 1920s and 30s.
The marine climate encompasses the entire environment! Chefs Josh Capon and Jeff Raider review the menu, which includes a bar de sushi, appetizers and starters inspired by the city and dishes with surf influences. This is all combined with drinks with nautical names, created by award-winning mixologist Robert Ferrara. A place to see and be seen and eat with quality!
With a frequency that mixes business and leisure, the hotel receives many Brazilians, as well as Russians, Europeans in general and Americans from other states.
The swimming pool is one of its strong points and one of the biggest in South Beach. Those who prefer to go to the beach, right in front, will have chairs, tents and exclusive hotel services.
