I arrived yesterday from my parents’ house and went to teach at night (holidays were over), so I didn’t even have time to go online. Today I’m going to get the “kitchen in order” my house is CHAOTIC! Weekend cleaning awaits me!

Today’s lunch was very quick! Because I didn’t have anything else in the pantry, I need to go to the supermarket tomorrow! I made pasta like that in 15 minutes (the time for the pasta to cook)!
It would be lighter if it were made with wholemeal dough, but hey, I didn’t like any of the ones I tried. I found the texture a bit “mealy”, I don’t know, I think it’s bad. So I used regular pasta.

Now what I wanted to show you are these canned cherry tomatoes, aren’t they cute? I always have canned peeled tomatoes at home, which is really easy for a quick sauce!

I picked up this tin thinking they were Italian tomatoes (oh you crazy person!), when I opened it I realized they were cherry tomatoes and I loved it! (I bought it at Carrefour).

For the sauce I just sautéed onion and garlic in olive oil, added the tomatoes, added basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

I sliced ​​some balls of buffalo mozzarella and seasoned them with olive oil, fleur de sel and oregano. I put everything on the massa with some basil leaves and I would have eaten it without any guilt if I hadn’t devoured an amount that would fill a jacuzzi, oh defeat!

But that’s it colleagues, you, sensible people who know the word “moderation”, can eat noodle without gaining weight! As long as the sauce is lighter, ok?
