And best of all, made in the microwave in just 1 minute. In addition to being delicious, it kills the desire for sweets and doesn’t require any work to do.

Learn how to make light milk pudding in the microwave

Ingredients for this recipe:

  • 1 ovo
  • 8 tablespoons skimmed milk
  • 4 tablespoons light condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation mode

  • Beat the egg with a fork until the smell disappears.
  • Then add the skimmed milk, light condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat again
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Leave it in the fridge for a few minutes, until it cools and becomes firmer.

Hot:

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon demerara or brown sugar
  • Mix the two and microwave for 30 seconds, or until it reaches the point of caramel sauce.
  • When the pudding is ready to be unmolded, serve and pour the syrup over the top.
