To be pudding It is light because it has 50% fewer calories, but it’s not diet because I make the syrup with sugar. It’s very similar to condensed milk, although it’s softer. It’s another one of the recipes I’ve already given here on panelaterapia, but I imagine that many people don’t remember, after all, I don’t even remember everything I’ve posted in so many years of blogging! So follow it again because it’s really worth it:
Syrup ingredients:
5 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of water
Pudding ingredients:
500ml of water;
16 tablespoons of powdered milk;
3 eggs;
1 cup of powdered sweetener for oven and stove or the same amount of sugar.
* You can use skimmed milk powder if you want. To make the syrup, you cannot use sweetener, as it does not caramelize.
Then just blend everything in the blender, put it in the mold and bake in a bain-marie at 200º until firm. In my oven it takes 40 minutes, but it may take longer (it depends on each oven).
