Light Green Corn Pudding – Panelaterapia

Light Green Corn Pudding

Sweet cakes and pies

I’ve been reducing sugar in my life for a long time (oh, sadness!), but I overcome the lack of sweets with options like this. This pudding is light because I replaced the sugar with sweetener for culinary use and used skimmed milk powder.

I made the syrup with sugar because unfortunately the sweetener doesn’t turn into caramel, but even so, it makes 8 large pieces with 150 calories each, oh how wonderful! If you prefer, you can make the original version and use whole milk powder and sugar in the same amount as the sweetener, but I guarantee that in terms of flavor the light version and the “soumagrapossocomerdoce” they are the same!

I made the caramel directly in the mold, the way I taught –> herebut with only 2 tablespoons of sugar

After the caramelized shape, I blended it in the blender:

400 ml of water (at room temperature);
9 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder;
3 eggs;
200g of green corn (this is the weight without water);
1 tablespoon (dessert) of vanilla essence;
1 glass (200ml) of sweetener for culinary use.
I poured it over the caramel and baked it in a bain-marie for 1 hour.

Now, if you don’t like corn and want a pudding like condensed milk, but with half the calories, just click –> here.
Eating sweets is good, but eating without guilt is heaven colleagues!
