If you want a delicious and totally light dessert, then this is it! Okay, with a scoop of cream ice cream it would be a spectacle, so whoever can afford it sends a candy!
It’s so simple!!!
I lined tart pans with discs of pastry dough that I bought at the supermarket (you don’t even need to grease them).

I took it to bake. I didn’t count the time but I don’t think it even reached 10 minutes (keep an eye). For the filling, I cut small bananas into slices and placed them in a non-stick frying pan with a spoonful of culinary sweetener (I used such and such), a spoonful of honey and two tablespoons of water, about two minutes, I removed them without the banana melting.

I spread a spoonful of light ricotta cream on each tart (you can also use light cream cheese), added the banana and sprinkled cinnamon. You have no idea how good it looks!!! You can make savory filling too!
