Sweet cakes and pies

This pie was all lazily crafted. Firstly because the dough is ready. Now here in Sorocaba there are some places that sell these pastas that are from the Arosa brand. I bought these at the Real bakery, but they are also available at Mercadão Campolim and in one of the boxes at Shopping Granja Olga. I’d say it’s not the most delicious pie crust I’ve ever had, but it’s a great addition when you need to serve a dessert and don’t have time to make it.

For the topping, I beat 2 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar, until stiff. Then I put it on top and put it in the oven to brown.

They were beautiful and delicious!!!
