Think of a recipe that requires no work and is outrageously delicious!
For those who don’t know, Lemon Pepper is a seasoning based on Sicilian lemon and black pepper and if you’ve been following me for a long time, you know that I love it and use it a lot. And now, to my (and our) delight, Pitada Natural has launched the brand’s Lemon Pepper and you may be asking yourself: “what’s different about it from other brands?”.

The difference is that Pinch Lemon Pepper has no salt, no glutamate, and has real lemon, unlike other brands that use flavorings and colorings. That’s why I feel “proud” to be able to promote this product, because it really IS worth it!
But let’s go to the recipe, it looks good?

Ingredients:
4 drumsticks;
1 col. olive oil (soup);
1 col. (tea) Natural Pinch Pink Salt;
1 col. (soup) of Pidada Lemon Pepper;
3 raw and chopped unpeeled potatoes.


Preparation Mode:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC for 10 minutes. Spread the olive oil, salt and Pinch of Lemon Pepper over the thighs and potatoes. Place everything in a refractory and put it in the oven. There is no need to cover with aluminum foil. After 30 minutes, open the oven and carefully water the chicken and potatoes with the “broth” that formed in the ovenproof dish. Repeat this procedure every 5 minutes until the chicken skin and potatoes are well browned.
