Is it vegan? Do you have lactose intolerance? Then you will love this lactose-free kiss recipe, based on nut milk and coconut milk.

Children’s party sweets are delicious, but everyone knows how caloric they can be. The coconut kiss is no exception, but the good news is that there is a simple way to avoid opening the pleasure of enjoying this sweet treat without giving up your health: making a lactose-free kiss, as Bela Gil teaches.

As you will see, despite not using condensed milk, like the traditional recipe, the lactose-free kiss looks delicious. Based on nut milk and coconut milk, this version is also recommended for those who are lactose intolerant and cannot indulge in sweets at parties.

The best of all is that, even though it’s a lactose-free kiss, the recipe is very simple to make and doesn’t take much longer to prepare than the sweet with condensed milk.

See how to make Preta Gil’s lactose-free kiss recipe:

What takes?

300 ml of chestnut milk

100 ml coconut milk

100g brown sugar

2 cups of grated coconut

20 carnations

Dry coconut flakes

How to make the kiss without lactose?

Boil the nut milk, coconut milk and sugar together for about 10 minutes, until it thickens and reaches the point of condensed milk. Don’t stop stirring until it reaches the point, so that it doesn’t burn at the bottom.

Then, just add the coconut and mix well, until it reaches the point of curling.

Then just let the lactose-free kiss cool, roll the balls and roll them in the coconut flakes. If you want, you can also decorate the balls with carnations.
