1. To start, separate white nail polish (you can use other colors, but white stands out more), transparent extra-gloss base and a container with water;

4. Then, you need to press a piece of newspaper onto your nail and hold for a few seconds. For best results, wet the newspaper sheet a little.

5. When you finish doing the process on all your nails, use the extra-gloss nail polish to fix the newspaper effect on the white nail polish;
