Lasagna Rolls – Panelaterapia

Lasagna Rolls

Sauces and Salads

Guys, I finally tested this recipe!!! I’ve seen so many websites (especially American ones) making recipes like this, so I decided to try it. In fact, I only took advantage of their idea because I made the filling with what I had at home, which was a mixture of cheeses. Remembering that you can do with whatever you want (preferably edible things hahahaha that’s the worst joke!).

Filling ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed ricotta
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of ricotta cream or cream cheese
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • oregano to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • black pepper and salt to taste.

* enough filling for 10 strips of dough.

Cook the dough strips for 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove them from the boil and place them in cold water (I place a basin with water from the refrigerator).

Remove the strips from the cold water and dry them with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

Mix all the filling ingredients. Spread a thin layer over each strip of cooked dough and roll it up without putting it too tightly. Place the rolls in a refractory lined with a little tomato sauce (if using ready-made sauce, the quantity is 1 sachet or can). Pour a little more sauce on top and bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes at 200º. It’s a show!!!!!
