Sweet cakes and pies

One more revenue delicious that came out of my kitchen at the invitation of the Finna brand. This time I used the flavored cake mix. chocolate. I made the base of mine with it. it was mousse. Tasty and fluffy dough guaranteed the success of the recipe! Very practical and delicious!

Base dough ingredients:
1 package of chocolate-flavored Finna cake mix.

Mousse Ingredients:
100g of milk chocolate;
150g semi-sweet chocolate;
1 box 200g of cream;
6g or 1/2 package of colorless, flavorless gelatin;
3 tablespoons of water to dissolve the gelatin;
130 ml fresh cream (from a bottle)

Decoration:
Chocolate shavings, sprinkles, fruits, nuts, whatever you want.

Way of doing:
I prepared the cake according to the instructions on the package. Just add milk, eggs and margarine and bake in a 26cm diameter pan. I used a removable rim pan to make it easier. After baking, I removed a “lid” from the surface to align the cake.

For the mousse, I melted the chocolates with the cream in the microwave, prepared the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and added it to the chocolate and cream.

I whipped the cream until whipped cream and added it to the other ingredients, mixing gently. I put it on the dough that was already cold and put it in the fridge until the mousse hardened. I decorated with chocolate shavings.
It was wonderful!
