Queijadinha is revenue old here on the blog, very easy e simple to make, but I always made it with sugar, this version here. Until I discovered that everything that is good can be improved and I made the version with condensed milk! Our! For everything!!! What the most delicious thing in the world, this recipe!!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lightly beaten eggs;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 cup (tea) of grated coconut;
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (from a bag).

Just mix everything, put it in molds and bake at 180º for approximately 25 minutes (time that can change a lot depending on the brand of each oven).

Additional Information:

  • Yields approximately 23 units.
  • It is normal for it to be a little “hollow” at the bottom of the pan because the heat in the oven comes in greater quantities from the bottom to the top. If you want a creamier cheesecake without this “inconvenience”, bake it in a bain-marie, or try baking it in the oven. very low and without letting it blush too much on top.
  • It can also be made in a cupcake maker and can also be baked in a conventional oven in a single container.
