Hub Food Art Lounge, new gastronomic space in São Paulo

O Hub Food Art Lounge is the new gastronomic space in São Paulo. It could be a happy party with work friends, a business lunch, a night out with friends or a Sunday brunch with the family. No matter the program, the Hub Food Art Loungeat the Pullman hotel in Vila Olímpia, offers all these options with lots of flavor and originality.

The entrance immediately impresses. The graffiti on the walls invites you to enter a refined and cool place. And so is the Hub Food Art Loungewhich also features some works from Urban Arts displayed in the right corner at the entrance.

Between the bar and the restaurant, what catches the most attention is the “Su-vicheria”, which features Peruvian fusion cuisine with oriental touches and offers snacks that are a global trend. A highlight on the menu, octopus comes in two different preparations: octopus ceviche (cold) and octopus josper (hot) served with potatoes. In both, the flavor is mild, the meat soft and delicious. The secret to such a delicate taste belongs to Argentine chef Julio Andres Tourne, who has been preparing his recipe for at least two decades. The Sea Bass Ceviche cannot be forgotten either. Prepared Peruvian style, it falls apart with each bite.

A new feature there is “Wine by the Glass”, a system with a touch screen that allows you to choose a wine and automatically pours the drink into the glass according to the chosen size. If you don’t want to invest in wine, it’s worth using the bar’s drink options.

“After Work” features performances by different DJs every Thursday and Friday from 6pm. And there’s also a double drink promotion. Women have Wednesdays reserved for “Ladies Nights”, from 6pm to 11pm, with exclusive promotions. It’s worth checking out what’s going on at night. And the Sunday brunch has a buffet menu and eye-catching à la carte dishes from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

For those who wanted a refuge from the traffic in the gridlocked Vila Olímpia during the week, there is now a place to stop by. And for those who like the neighborhood empty and quiet on the weekends, now there is another excellent option to please the palate.
