How to use guava to constrict the intestine

Diarrhea

Guava is an excellent option for intestinal retention, because this fruit has astringent, anti-diarrheal and antispasmodic properties that help reduce diarrhea and stomach pain.

Furthermore, guava has good amounts of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B and antioxidants, which strengthen the immune system, helping the body fight viruses or bacteria that may be causing diarrhea.

Guava, when associated with a healthy diet, prioritizing foods with soluble fiber, such as white bread and white rice, and lean meats, such as chicken and fish, improves digestion, relieves stomach pain and controls the volume of bowel movements, trapping the intestine. Some recipes with guava and guava leaves that help to loosen the intestines are:

1. Guava juice

Guava juice is a great option for tightening the intestines, as it reduces bowel movements, reducing the volume of bowel movements.

Ingredients:

  • 2 guavas;
  • 1 tablespoon of mint leaves;
  • 1/2 liter of filtered or boiled water.

Preparation mode:

Wash, peel and chop the guavas well. Place the guavas, water and mint leaves in the blender and blend well until the mixture is very homogeneous. To stop diarrhea you need to drink the juice at least twice a day. Despite its effectiveness, it is not recommended to exceed the recommended dose, as diarrhea in large quantities can worsen.
