How to Prepare Soy Protein

Place in a container:

1 cup of soy protein (here I am using fine protein);

2 cups of boiling water;

1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice (helps to minimize the characteristic odor of soy).

Let it rest for 1 hour, drain, rinse well and pass through a sieve, pressing as hard as possible to remove all the water. Once dry, you can use it however you prefer.
