  • 200 grams of beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 sachets of seasoning for meat
  • 1 glass of vinegar
  • 1 spoon of olive oil

Preparation mode:

Start by placing the pieces of meat in a bowl along with a sachet of sazon and a spoonful of olive oil. Set aside and let the seasoning penetrate the meat. Meanwhile, in another bowl, chop the onion into slices and soak in the vinegar with the other sachet of Sazon.

Once that’s done, it’s time to fry the steak! Place the steak in the pan for about 2 minutes each side.

Then use the same oil you used to fry the meat to fry the onions. Just take them out of the vinegar and place them in the oil until they fry. After that, just place the onion under the steak and serve!

Are you the type of person who loves mustard? So this recipe is perfect for you who want to go beyond the obvious and traditional. The recipe is super simple and practical! You will only need a few ingredients:

  • beef
  • Mustard
  • Salt to taste

First of all, you need to season the meat, but here the main seasoning is mustard. Then take the mustard with your hand and spread it on both sides of the steak.

And now, just fry! If you like your steak rare, just a minute on each side is enough or until the blood starts to rise to the surface of the meat.

And ready! You can season with salt before or after frying, it’s the customer’s choice!
