I can say that the meat was perfect, even though I didn’t use it.”The Picanha“, since there was a piece of hard thigh inside and it was still soft and juicy.
My husband and I prefer the meat a little rarer, in fact he likes it “mooing beef”, and I like it slightly pink, but that’s the point, you suit it!
