Led by Italian chef Michele Petenzi, the suggestion is the signature dessert Chocolate textures. A semi-sweet chocolate mousse with orange, cocoa crumble, tuile with nibs, hot chocolate syrup, hazelnuts and fleur de sel (R$ 32).

Atelier Diva Festive and Affective Confectionery
For World Chocolate Day, the tip is the Chocolatudo Cake (R$70). With an airy and fluffy dough, the cake is prepared with 50% cocoa chocolate. The topping is a creamy layer of chocolate with chocolate sprinkles.

The traditional Botafogo sweet shop launches the A La Você Chococake Pie, with chocolate cake, wet with chocolate syrup, covered with brigadeiro and finished according to the customer’s choice. Another new product recently launched is the Inspiration Pie (R$260.00 medium, serves up to 20 people / R$188.00 small, serves up to 12 people and R$89.00 mini, serves up to 4 people), made with chocolate cake, wet with chocolate syrup, filled with brigadeiro and strawberry.

At the Hotel Fasano restaurant, chef Luigi Moressa prepares a perfect dessert to celebrate World Chocolate Day. It’s the ‘creamy’ 80% dark chocolate with Cointreau ice cream and biscuits (R$54).

Signatures
At Le Cordon Bleu’s school restaurant, chef Philippe Brye created a dessert that contains 10 times chocolate. It’s Chocolate in 10 Textures, served on a plate stamped with the school logo in chocolate alongside macaron, tile, meringues, ice cream, cake, syrup, earth, chips, ganache and whipped cream – all chocolate, of course.

Brazil ice cream
The ice cream shop offers Mil Folhas de Sorvete (two layers of mil-feuille stuffed with two mini scoops of chocolate ice cream, accompanied by dark chocolate sauce – R$ 18).

The Pig House
Chocólatra is the name of the trio of desserts available for delivery at A Casa do Porco. It comes with chocolate cake with creamy semi-sweet chocolate and brigadeiro filling, chocolate tart with caramel and peanuts and chocolate mousse, chocolate brioche and nib and spice syrup. In other words, paradise for chocolate lovers.
