At Le Cordon Bleu’s school restaurant, chef Philippe Brye created a dessert that contains 10 times chocolate. It’s Chocolate in 10 Textures, served on a plate stamped with the school logo in chocolate alongside macaron, tile, meringues, ice cream, cake, syrup, earth, chips, ganache and whipped cream – all chocolate, of course.
