The name Mr C comes from brothers Cipriani, which are in the fourth generation. In 1931, Giuseppe Cipriani opened the famous Harry’s Bar in Venice, which is still standing there. O Lobby Lounge
O Mr C It’s so sophisticated that it doesn’t even look like a hotel. Outside, friendly spaces with sofas and tables to wait for someone or simply chat. When we entered, we immediately came across a bar. In other words, there is no lobbying atmosphere whatsoever. It’s lobby lounge, as it’s called. The reception is well hidden, further back. And the bar, ideal for a drink at the end of the day, serves a quick coffee in the morning.

Mr C’s building
Because it is very tall, we can see the building from afar, at the end of the imposing Beverwil Dr. At night, beautiful lighting makes the building even more charming.
The rooms
The 137 rooms are very charming, with red or white colors. Stunning views of the mountains complete the look. Typical of a five-star hotel in Los Angeles.
By the way, a very nice little balcony that made us lose track of time while enjoying the view.

Restaurant tips in Santa Monica
Very comfortable beds and pillows, contemporary furniture and black out that works! Ufa! Nothing like letting the guest wake up whenever they want. A nice dressing table gives a feminine look to the room. I liked!

Of course, once a guest of Mr C, I had to try the renowned restaurant. Traditional dishes with homemade pasta and a rich wine list complete the menu. It is worth saying that the dishes are very filling. Information that I would have loved the waiter to have told me when placing the order. The atmosphere is elegant, tables with good space between them and low lighting, as it should be. The restaurant is open every day of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
