Recipes to lower high blood pressure
1. Garlic water

Garlic helps in the production of nitric oxide, which is a vasodilator gas. It facilitates blood circulation, thus reducing pressure on the heart.
Ingredients:
1 clove of raw garlic, crushed
100 ml of water
Place the garlic in the water and leave for about 8 hours. Drink water on an empty stomach.
2. Olive leaf

2 tablespoons olive leaves
500 ml of boiling water
