Required ingredients:

To prepare your hair moisturizer with avocado at home, you need to separate the following ingredients:

– Half a ripe avocado;

– A tablespoon of vegetable oil – or extra virgin olive oil – of your choice;

– A tablespoon of honey;

– Three tablespoons of a moisturizing mask of your choice;

Shampoo and conditioner for rinsing after home treatment.

Step 1:

First of all, you will need to remove all the pulp from the fruit and mash it in a container, using a fork.

Combine the spoonful of honey and oil/olive oil with the avocado, mixing everything well until the mixture reaches a pasty consistency.

Step 2:

Next, it is essential to add the key ingredient for hydration with avocado for the hair to become powerful.

Add spoons of the moisturizing mask into the avocado mixture, stirring everything until the recipe becomes completely homogeneous.

Step 3:

Separate your hair into sections, securing with clips or elastics, and apply hydration with avocado to your hair along the entire length – section by section.

Massage your hair well so that all the properties and vitamins of avocado and oils can infiltrate your hair.

Step 4:

After applying the product throughout your hair, tie all the strands into a bun at the top of your head. If you want to further enhance hydration with avocado for your hair, simply wrap the bun in an aluminum or shower cap.
