That homemade mayonnaise It is very tasty and light. You can make the traditional one without the green scent, but I like the green version. When we barbecue, this version always accompanies pork, it goes really well! The sandwich is also a success! You can make it in 5 minutes and it lasts up to 10 days in the fridge:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of milk
1 clove of garlic (I used 1/2 tablespoon of industrially crushed garlic)
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/3 cup (tea) parsley and chives
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 level teaspoon of salt
Put everything in the blender glass (or in a bowl and use the mixer). As you blend, pour a trickle of oil through the smaller blender cap. It is important that the oil flow is constant. The mixture will start to thicken, beat until the desired consistency, I used less than 1 cup of oil, but this can vary a little more or less.
* PS – Dear Natália Cesco, who is always here, sent me another version that uses French bread, but I haven’t tried it yet, I imagine that her version uses less oil, I’ll test it and tell you later.
