
I’m crazy about frozen yogurt. More than for any ice cream! So I decided to test a homemade recipe but very close to the original sold in specialized stores.
I made it exactly like the recipe homemade industrial ice cream however, in the first stage, I replaced the milk with full-fat natural yogurt (2 and 1/2 pots).

In the second stage I didn’t add any flavoring, just the juice of 1 lemon. But you can add whatever flavor you want, including adding fruit. Remembering that those that contain a lot of liquid are not suitable because they form ice crystals.
I added a little ginger sugar on top, which blends perfectly. This sugar is the residue from the ginger crystals. Revenue Here.

I have to say that I will have frozen yogurt in my freezer all summer!
