How to make homemade candy
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate bar of your choice;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 small box of strawberries;
- 200 gr of grated coconut.
Way of doing
To begin with, you need to melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. When cool, place in molds lined with aluminum foil. Ice molds can also be great options!
Make the filling with condensed milk, grated coconut and strawberries and set aside. You can add the filling of your choice. Strawberry with condensed milk is the most traditional option.
Place a layer of chocolate in the mold. Once done, turn the mold upside down to drain the excess. Place in the freezer to harden. If you want a firmer homemade candy, just repeat the process to make the chocolate layer thicker.
When the chocolate has hardened, add the filling. Don’t skimp, homemade chocolate is delicious precisely because it’s generous. To finish, spread a layer of chocolate in the mold again, to cover the filling and make the base of the homemade bonbon.
Place in the fridge until the chocolate creates a firm layer. Your chocolates are ready. Now just unmold and serve
