Model Jo Damiani says she created the “Home Training Challenge” after contracting tuberculosis when she traveled to Italy on vacation in early 2014.
The fitness muse details that when she returned to Brazil, doctors said she was almost dead due to a pleural effusion. As part of the blonde’s lung was affected by the disease, she was warned that she could no longer exercise.
Six months of taking very strong antibiotics left the model with the onset of depression. “With great strength I overcame this difficult period and started exercising using furniture at home, free exercises and obtained results that I had never achieved at the gym until then”, says Jo Damiani.

Home Training
Her friends noticed the result and were curious about the training done by the model.
“My results encouraged me to help other women. Did you know that the routine with children, work, home and even possible financial difficulties sometimes does not allow women to go to the gym. I then started posting my workouts on social media and created the Home Training Challenge Channel on YouTube.”

Mother of little Enzo, Jo Damiani reveals that she receives several before and after messages from women who have changed their bodies.
“Today my project is well established, my audience is 99% female and completely loyal. The Home Training Challenge is free. Just follow Instagram and choose your workouts”, exclaims the 32-year-old model known as a lookalike of American actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

Ready for Summer
Jo Damiani has now prepared the “45 get you ready for summer challenge”. On Instagram, she talked about the two liquids that women should use during training.
“Hibiscus tea, I will use 600ml per day, divided into three times, morning, afternoon and evening in 200ml portions.”

“Another liquid we will use will be lemon juice in warm water as soon as we wake up (fasting) and before physical activities: 300 ml. Why use it? Since doing the activities on an empty stomach, this can irritate the stomach a little, the objective is to balance the pH of the stomach, it also helps eliminate toxins from the body (antioxidant) and improves digestion”, adds the model who created the “Home Training Challenge ”.
