01. Hydration with aloe vera and treatment for hair loss

You will need:

1 aloe leaf;

water.

How to make:

Take the aloe leaf, cut it in half (vertically) and remove the entire stern of the leaf (it looks like jelly) by scraping it with a spoon.

Place the stern in the blender and blend with a little water.

With washed hair, apply the mixture to the entire length of the hair, from roots to ends.

Massage well and put on a cap (a plastic bag also works) and wait 30 minutes.

02. Hydration with aloe vera for all hair types

You will need:

1 aloe leaf;

a hydrating mask.

How to make:

Take the aloe leaf, cut it in half (vertically) and remove the entire stern of the leaf (it looks like jelly) by scraping it with a spoon.

Place the stern in the blender and blend (pure or with a little water, it’s your choice).

Place in a pot and mix your favorite hydration mask, the amount of cream will vary according to the quantity and length of your hair.

With your hair washed, apply the mixture over the entire length of your hair, put on a cap (a plastic bag also works) and wait about 20 minutes.

You will need:

1 aloe leaf;

a hydrating mask;

a tint.

How to make:

Take the aloe leaf, cut it in half (vertically) and remove the entire stern of the leaf (it looks like jelly) by scraping it with a spoon.

Place the stern in the blender and blend (pure or with a little water, it’s your choice).

Place it in a pot and mix your hydration mask and toner, the amount of cream will vary according to the quantity and length of your hair.

With your hair washed, apply the mixture to the entire length of your hair, put on a cap (a plastic bag also works) and wait about 20 minutes.
