Many people still turn their noses up at guacamole, especially because it’s made with avocado. I myself was a bit prejudiced against this salty avocado thing, but after I tried it I fell in love!
On Sunday I made a Mexican lunch and the guacamole is always the star of the party! revenue here, but as it’s been a long time, let’s repeat it’s worth it!

For 4 people:

Pulp of 1 large ripe avocado mashed with a fork.
2 chopped seedless tomatoes
1 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon coriander (or parsley)
1 clove of garlic, squeezed
Juice of one lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 pinch of dehydrated pepperoni (I added it myself, but it can be any pepper you prefer).

Mix everything and that’s it. Serve with that famous snack that is looking but on the photo.
