  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 10 chopped green olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 8 fresh French breads

Preparation mode

  1. First, put the olive oil in a pan, when it heats up, sauté the meat until it is dry and loose.
  2. Then add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until they become transparent.
  3. Then, add the tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until almost all the liquid in the sauce dries up.
  5. Then add the olive, parsley and egg. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  6. Now, take the loaves and cut one of the ends of each loaf, remove the crumb, but be careful not to open the bottom of the loaf.
  7. Finally, fill each of the buns with the sautéed ground meat sauce.
  8. You can serve it straight away, or you can place it in a medium oven preheated to 200ºC for 15 minutes before serving.
