This is another one of those really quick recipes: I used + or – 500g of ground duckling. I seasoned the meat with onion, garlic, soy sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil. I combined the ingredients by kneading well. Next, I spread out a sheet of aluminum foil and made a rectangle with meat:

I added a layer of sliced ​​mozzarella and a layer of ham. When I’m more inspired, I add pre-cooked vegetables, but I was really lazy. I wrapped the meat with the help of aluminum foil, adjusted the edges so the filling wouldn’t leak out and placed it on a baking tray wrapped in aluminum foil. When the meat was cooked, I removed the browning paper:

Served with a watercress salad in pink sauce and white rice.

Tip: it tastes much better if you add slices of bacon on the outside, but as I’m always trying to cut calories I didn’t add them.
