This recipe for Ground Beef Pizza has already been a huge success here on the blog because it is a different way of using ground beef. People who want to cut or reduce carbohydrates always look for different recipes to vary their menu and this is a good solution, but I advise you to consult a specialist before embarking on any nutritional adventure.
The recipe
I saw this recipe on Ana Maria a few years ago and for some reason I remembered it these days, after all it’s a great option for girls who are on a carbohydrate-restricted diet!
Way of doing
I used 350g of ground meat (I used duckling, but flank steak is also great) already seasoned. You can season it however you prefer, but I used:
- 1/2 chopped onion,
- 2 chopped garlic cloves,
- sal,
- pepper,
- English sauce,
- mustard,
- balsamic,
- green smell and,
- plenty of olive oil to bind.
I add spices to the eyeball, then mix well with the already seasoned meat, just do it like this:

A generous portion
This portion serves 2 people well, but if you want a larger portion, increase the meat to 1 kg and make it in a pizza pan. Bake the meat for 10 minutes in a medium oven, then add the cover and return to the oven (in this case, you don’t need to turn it over) until the cheese melts.

Returning to our pizza, you can even make this recipe thinner by using cottage cheese or ricotta for the topping, and if you want to learn how to make it at home, there is also a video recipe right here.
In the video below I simplified the seasoning of the meat, but you can use whatever ingredients you like best. Do you want to watch?
