I saw this recipe on Mais Você a few years ago and for some reason I remembered it these days. It’s a great option for girls who are on a carbohydrate-restricted diet! I didn’t make it exactly the same because the recipe made in the program was with 1 kg of meat and was made in the form of a pizza and then baked in the oven.

I used 350g of already seasoned ground beef (duckling). You can season it however you prefer, I used 1/2 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, balsamic, green chilli and plenty of olive oil to bind. I add spices to the eyeball, then mix well. With the meat already seasoned, just do this:

This portion serves 2 people well, but if you want a larger portion, increase the meat to 1 kg and make it in a pizza pan. Bake the meat for 10 minutes in a medium oven, then add the cover and return to the oven (in this case, you don’t need to turn it over) until the cheese melts.
