Look at me in my “soap opera” with salads! I’m really trying hard to like the green ones and I have to say that this salad really turned out great! For those who enjoy more exotic flavors, I would say this combination was perfect!
Bed of iceberg lettuce and arugula torn by hand. Chopped tangerine segments (without that middle part and without seeds) and gorgonzola shavings (if you don’t like it, it can be another cheese, but it has to have an intense flavor to contrast). To season, I used my basic sauce. Recipe –> here. I ate it all, oh how beautiful!!
