Festa Junina is approaching and this pudding is perfect for the season! It’s actually a variation on the traditional condensed milk pudding.
You start by mixing 250 ml of milk with 1 can of green corn (without the water). Pass the mixture through a sieve and reserve the “juice”.
In the blender, place the green corn “juice”, 1 can of condensed milk, 4 eggs (without the skin to avoid the egg smell) and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat well, pour into a caramelized mold and bake in a bain-marie.
