Green broth recipe
Ingredients
- 4 medium English potatoes
- 1 tablet of chicken or meat broth
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 5 cups (tea) of water
- 1/2 bunch of kale
- 1 smoked pepperoni sausage (learn how to make pepperoni pie)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- First prepare the broth ingredients. Therefore, remove the skin from the sausage and cut into thin slices, peel and cut the onion and potato and cut the cabbage into thin strips.
- Add the chopped potatoes to the pressure cooker, along with the chicken broth, oil, a little salt and water.

- Transfer the cooked potatoes to the blender and blend well until it turns into a smooth broth.
- In a large pan add a little olive oil and add the sausage slices and let them fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the sausages and add the chopped onion to sauté.
- Then, transfer the broth to this pan, add the sausages and wait for the broth to boil.
- Season with black pepper and add salt.
- Finally add the cabbage strips and let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Turn off the heat and you are ready to serve your delicious green broth.
