Garlic Bread with Parmesan

I came to spend a few days here in Pres. I was careful at my parents’ house and on the way I filled up at that famous gas station where you can get Semolina Bread. Then at the barbecue the next day we decided to transform that bread into a “giant” garlic bread. Guys, it was delicious!

I already taught the mixture for garlic bread here: http://bit.ly/1KDFj39 With the paste ready, the steps are as follows:

1. Make checkerboard cuts in the bread without letting it reach the end.

2. Smear the bread with the garlic paste, trying to get it into the cuts as deep as you can and then spread a layer on top. Add grated parmesan inside and on top as well.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200º until golden (keep an eye as this time varies a lot depending on the brand of oven).

Then just enjoy! The good thing about making a big loaf like this is that you can serve everyone at once! With Italian bread it is sensational!
