As a 70 year old woman pushing 71 , and a carnivore since June of last year and thriving!! You have totally blessed me today! Praise God keep up the good fight! We “elderly “need to show the young whippersnappers that we’re not out of the game yet! This current young generation writes off their elders when they turn 45! LO L! Not any more!! I look forward to seeing the day when hospitals and nursing homes have to toss in the towel cause no one needs them any more.   3. Please say which Ninja grill model you were so happy with, as there are way too many – and not all buyers were happy with their purchases, according to reviews. Thanks for your excellent testimony, as I emailed it to a dear couple whose health I am very worried about, (they are overweight, 70's and on meds) as they keep having unhealthy food as their greatest joy in life, when driving to the coast isn't an option. Even then, the restaurant food is focal. Thanks for making this, as you and your husband might be the first of these carnivore stories they might both watch.🙏👌💖

What I ended up doing was Sous Vide using my InstantPot and cooking the steak to 135 deg for 3 or 4 hours which evenly cooks the meat all the way across… then searing it over either a grill or pan. Give that a try and finish your steak on the Ninja. When you cut thru the meat it will be perfectly cooked all the way across with even color. I like med rare but you can cook it more or less and it doesn't matter how long 3 or 4 hrs in the Sous Vide. It's a fantastic way to cook your food.

  12. Vegetables will not kill you. There are many nutrients in vegetables that are totally beneficial. The issue is processing. Processed food is the issue.

I'm just thinking to starting the Carnivore diet, and I'd really love to know what difference is needed for a woman if any on the diet compared to men .. and also as you have already touched on, what actually tastes nice and does you good, compared to what might do you good but doesn't taste nice.. many thanks

  14. I’m 73 started carnivore 8/30/22. It’s the BEST WAY TO EAT! I’m so proud of you. I too lost over 60 pounds. I’d gotten to -65. But now I vacillate up and down 1-2 pounds. My clothes fit I’m comfortable in them. I’m sure you felt you have reversed aging. I feel as such. I loved your videos. I’m glad your husband wanted you to he knew a good thing when he saw her. ❤

  15. Have you tried shopping for meat at Costco or Sam’s? You’ll find grass fed as well as organic meats. Costco is the only place
    I buy my meat as there’s a good turnover of their meats, not old, and more affordable.
