Young Franny Arrizon is one of the successful businesswomen who never deluded herself that success in the business world would come easily. Recognized as the youngest million-dollar winner at a Fortune 1000 company, today Franny dedicates her daily life to sharing her passion, enthusiasm and commitment with the rest of the world.

At just 27 years old, she and her husband, Mario Arrizon, work together to expand their business among several families in the United States. Together they run Arrizon Hierarchy, a family business that allows them to share their hard-earned lessons with the next generation of future entrepreneurs and leaders.

“Not only did we become the youngest million-dollar winners in the company’s history, but we did it while the odds were stacked against us. We didn’t have the manpower to achieve such an audacious goal. Our team wasn’t big enough for company standards. Reaching this record in a short time was difficult, but our team didn’t care about the odds. They observed our planning very carefully and accepted our choices”, explains the businesswoman.

As a key leader, Franny expanded the company’s reach with others by her side, which brought much-needed financial security to hundreds of thousands of individuals and families. The company now covers more than 500,000 households in the United States and was recently added to the Forbes 1000 list. The entrepreneur seeks to help other entrepreneurs build their own careers in the industry and within their own companies. To this end, she shares her experiences and lessons with them, through regular talks and through social media.

“One of the biggest obstacles I faced in my industry was my age. Working in financial services at 18 was a huge disadvantage. I was so young in an industry that is saturated and dominated by experienced, middle-aged men and women. I knew I only had about 30 seconds after I started speaking to capture or impress any potential clients, or business partners,” adds Franny Arrizon.
