Fluffy Chocolate Cake

Sweet cakes and pies

Do you know a cake that you love for life? This is the official chocolate cake in my house. I even do it with my eyes closed. And you can trust that this one works. You don’t even need a mixer or blender. Fast, practical and everyone loves it, want something better? So take note, beloved:

Dough ingredients (used 240ml cup):
2 eggs;
1 cup (tea) of milk;
1 cup (tea) of oil;
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour;
1/2 cup (tea) of Corn Starch (Maizena);
1 and ½ cup (tea) of sugar;
1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Add the liquids and mix and set aside. In another container, combine the dry ingredients (except the yeast) and then add the reserved liquids. Finally add the yeast and stir just to mix. Place in a greased and floured pan (or sprinkled with chocolate) and place in the oven, which was already preheated to 180ºC, for approximately 45 minutes.
Leave to cool and unmold.

Roof:
1/2 can of condensed milk;
120 ml of milk;
2 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.

Bring all ingredients to medium/low heat. When it boils, remove it. Pour over the cake.
