In this research, it was observed that after 10 hours of painting their nails, women had rates of this substance in the body up to 7 times higher than what is considered normal.

Women who paint their nails very frequently are more at risk of suffering from changes caused by TPHP.

Base of a transparent nail

Makeup shadows in the colors you want the nail polish

Container that can be closed to preserve your nail polish

Scissors

Small plastic bag that is sealed

How to make

Choose the shade of the color you want your nail polish to be, then store it inside the plastic bag.

Using a sharp object, tap the eyeshadow firmly until it crumbles into a very fine powder.

When you see that the eyeshadow is well crumbled into powder, cut one of the corners of the bag and add a little of the eyeshadow powder to the container chosen to hold your nail polish.

Then add the transparent nail base, keep adding it until the shadow powder disappears.

Using a wooden stick, mix well until the eyeshadow powder mixes well with the transparent base.
